President Donald Trump has announced the “Genesis Mission,” a new executive order launching an AI-focused initiative spearheaded by the Department of Energy. The mission aims to “harness the current AI and advanced computing revolution to double the productivity and impact of American science and engineering within a decade,” according to the DOE.
